Rebecca is a native of Lexington, Kentucky. She graduated in 2012 from Georgetown College with a Bacherlor of Science in Biology and minors in Spanish and Chemistry. She then worked for Fayette County Public Schools in Lexington as a paraeducator in an MSD classroom. She loved working with children, but was frustrated by the small scope of impact of that position. As a result, she began an Occupational Therapy program at Eastern Kentucky University and earned a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy. While in the program, she was a PRePARE grant recipient and obtained an Autism Certificate. Her experience with working with children and heart for service in rural communities led her to expand her job search outside of Lexington where she found All Kids Can Therapy Services. In her spare time, Rebecca is an avid swimmer and loves aquatic therapy, coaching swim team, and teaching swim lessons. She is also an active volunteer with her church’s youth group and acts as a mentor and counselor to the 7th and 8th grade girls.
